It is a formal and polite form of personal pronoun like "Watashi"
"Warawa" is always used by "ベアトリーチェ" in "うみねこのなく頃に" =A=
俺様(Oresama) :
A rude version of "Ore" 俺 =]
there is popular in Gundam 00
